OpenTrust Moves Offices and Launches Recruitment Plans |

As part of its expansion strategy, OpenTrust launches plans to boost the size of its personnel by 45% and moves its headquarters to Issy les Moulineaux
Issy, May 20, 2009, OpenTrust, publisher of the OpenTrust Trust and Security infrastructure software suite, announced today its plans to recruit new employees. Following another year of growth in 2008, the company has now moved into newer, larger and more modern offices in Issy les Moulineaux, the new hub of business close to Paris.
These new offices will accommodate the company's growth in staff and support the aim of expansion internationally.

OAKBROOK TERRACE, Illinois and ZURICH, Switzerland, April 27, 2009 - VASCO Data Security International, Inc. a leading software security company specializing in authentication products, and OpenTrust, European leader in trust infrastructures for secure electronic transactions, announce that they will jointly offer end-to-end PKI-based solutions. Under the terms of the agreement OpenTrust will integrate VASCO’s VACMAN® and DIGIPASS® CertiID into OpenTrust SCM.
OpenTrust SCM is a web-based solution for the management of security devices from the core of the security system through to the end-user. When PKI-technology is used for strong authentication, encryption or document signing, the digital identity of the user needs to be stored on a smart card or USB-device. OpenTrust SCM provides enterprises with a single platform to manage the deployment of smart cards or USB-tokens to a large number of users. The solution provides the capability of storing and updating credentials from multiple applications on a single security device whether this is used for physical/logical access control, single sign-on to corporate networks or business applications and digital identity management. OpenTrust SCM uses open industry standards and can be used with different security and authentication technologies (OTP, PKI, SSO). The solution ensures that secrets stored on smart cards or USB-authenticators are securely transported for authentication or transaction signing.
