Nouveau rachat pour IDEALX qui renforce son offre OpenTrust™ et poursuit la consolidation du marché de la sécurité Paris, le 6 février 2007 - IDEALX, éditeur de la plateforme de sécurité et de confiance OpenTrust™, annonce le rachat des logiciels de gestion de preuve de Kotio. Cette technologie sera intégrée à la suite logicielle OpenTrust™ dès la fin février pour la compléter par la principale application de dématérialisation : la signature électronique et la gestion de la preuve.
IDEALX renforce son leadership avec cette nouvelle acquisition : une offre logicielle packagée, directement intégrable aux applications métiers des entreprises. Les composants du logiciel d’infrastructure de gestion de preuves de Kotio permettent en effet l’intégration de façon simple et modulaire des fonctionnalités de signature électronique, de chiffrement, d’horodatage et d’authentification forte au sein d’un processus métier. Une offre qui garantit l’établissement des éléments de preuve ou de traçabilité associés aux processus gérés par une application métier. |

Une solution open source innovante et gratuite pour le chiffrement et la signature électronique.
Paris & Bruxelles, le 18 décembre 2006 - IDEALX, éditeur de l'infrastructure open source de sécurité et de confiance OpenTrust™, annonce la publication d’une nouvelle version de Cryptonit compatible avec la carte d’identité électronique du Royaume de Belgique afin de produire une signature électronique.
Cette solution Open Source innovante de signature et de chiffrement de documents repose sur un certificat numérique facile à installer sur un poste de travail. Disponible gratuitement depuis novembre 2003, et publiée sous licence GPL, elle a déjà été téléchargée depuis plus de 45 pays dans le monde. |

Leading Automaker Manages 10,000 Digital Identities For Sensitive Applications
IDEALX, the designer and developer of added value software solutions, today announced that Nissan Europe has chosen to implement its OpenTrust software, as part of a global security solution, to meet its security needs and to manage some 10.000 digital identities and access rights on its networks. As a member of the Renault-Nissan alliance, the world’s fourth largest automaker, Nissan Europe will deploy IDX-PKI, the open source Public Key Infrastructure.
Having previously deployed an enterprise-wide physical access card system based on Card Management System capabilities, Nissan Europe has now selected IDEALX Open Source PKI to combine interoperable technologies and complement their existing Single-Sign-On (SSO) and One-Time Password (OTP) systems.
In addition to the significant economic benefits, adopting OpenTrust™ will give Nissan Europe a reliable, well-tested, and scalable infrastructure, able to evolve in a mixed technical environment. Idealx has already deployed IDX-PKI in numerous complex IS environments and has demonstrated its expertise in ActivIdentity integration. |

Bull Evidian and IDEALX form a commercial partnership focused on strong authentication and Enterprise Single Sign-On solutions.
Thanks to their interoperable solutions, Bull Evidian and IDEALX can now offer smart-card/USB key management, Single-Sign On (SSO) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) implementation.
Paris, 10 October 2006 - Bull Evidian and IDEALX announce today the interoperability of their WiseGuard (secure enterprise SSO) and OpenTrust (Card Management System and PKI) solutions.
The solution brings together cryptographic tokens (on a USB key or smart card), PIN codes and single sign-on, providing access to enterprise data in a way that is both extremely simple and highly secure.
Access rights management: the interoperability of the two offerings enables organizations to manage users’ access rights to applications, assigning them an appropriate encryption resource and automatically generating digital certificates.
Automatic verification of digital certificate validity: The validity of the user’s digital certificate is automatically checked, first when a user logs in to his or her station, and thereafter during the course of the Windows session. When a new token is submitted, the user certificates can be regenerated.
Bull Evidian and IDEALX have already implemented their WiseGuard and OpenTrust solutions for a major company, as part of an IT security infrastructure designed to manage tens of thousands of users.
