IDEALX strengthens its OpenTrust™ offer with a take-over and reinforces its position as a leader in the security market
Paris, France Feb 8th, 2007 - IDEALX, publisher of OpenTrust™, the Open Source Trust & Security Suite, has today announced that is has purchased Kotio’s Proof Management Software. A key element for all electronic transactions, IDEALX will be integrating this proof management and digital signature technology into the OpenTrust™ software suite as early as the end of this month.
This recent acquisition, a complete packaged software solution that can be directly integrated into business applications, will strengthen OpenTrust™ as the leading offer in the open source trust and security market. The components of Kotio’s proof management middleware enable effective and straightforward integration of digital signatures, time-stamping and strong authentication, thus guaranteeing the collection of elements that provide proof and traceability of processes managed by business applications.
