IDEALX Becomes OpenTrust™ |
IDEALX is changing its name to OpenTrust to launch in international markets - a strong indication of the success of the packaged software approach adopted by the company just 2 years ago.
PARIS, July 19th, 2007 - IDEALX, publisher of the trust and security infrastructure, OpenTrust™, is leaving its original corporate identity behind in favour of the name of its flagship product suite, OpenTrust. Leader in the electronic trust software market in France, the company is now seeking to become a Europe-wide market leader.
To support this international expansion, OpenTrust has joined the European Software Association, an independent organization that fosters an environment supporting innovation, growth and competitiveness of the European Software industry. As a member of this organization, the company will reinforce its position as a dependable European software vendor and benefit from direct contact and exchange with the heart of Europe’s software industry. Over the past two years, OpenTrust has focused on the commercial packaging of its solutions to form these into a true “ERP of electronic trust” recognized as state of the art in the security market. The corporate name change, part of this global internationalisation strategy, supports the development of a brand with a stronger and clearer identity. Olivier Guilbert, CEO OpenTrust justifies his decision: «Our vision, 2 years ago, was to become a true “ERP of electronic trust” that would simplify and accelerate the implementation of all trust services required by e-business processes. The result of our research and development has been even more fruitful than we dared to imagine. OpenTrust is now an offer unique in the market. This single, modular solution integrates the 6 required trust services and, as recent customer experiences go to show, can be implemented within a large organization in just a few weeks ». About OpenTrust™: Publisher of the OpenTrust ™ trust and security infrastructure, the company designs and develops high added value solutions and services for implementation of secure infrastructures. The OpenTrust ™ software suite integrates solutions for strong authentication, confidentiality, timestamping, digital signatures, proof management and secure exchanges.
