Trainer

The Trainer's role is to educate partners and customers about OpenTrust products and solutions. The Trainer is responsible for building and maintaining the training program for all OpenTrust products. The Trainer should propose training sessions of all types including Webinars (online training), regular product training on OpenTrust premises, as well as custom training either onsite or offsite for customers and partners.

This role  requires excellent customer interaction and multi-cultural communication skills. The Trainer must be able to deliver training to different nationalities in various locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver OpenTrust Catalog training courses
  • Deliver onsite training at customer or partner offices
  • Create and maintain training material in accordance with product road map
  • Create new training offers
  • Maintain training labs
  • Manage all training logistics
  • Manage and proctor exams certifying partners and customers

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good oral and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Excellent document presentation skills
  • Experienced trainer with excellent presentation skills and ability to motivate audience
  • Organized, self-confident, curious and diplomatic
  • Able to work under pressure and anticipate
  • Extensive technical knowledge about enterprise solutions including VPN and firewalls, LInux RedHatand Suse, Microsoft AD and SQM, Web servers and application servers, database solutions
  • Extensive technical knowledge about security solutions and techniques including smart cards and badges, PKI, digital signatures, encryption, authentication, standards and protocols (SSL, X.509, IPSec, etc.)
  • Degree in IT security
  • CISSP certification or equivalent preferred
  • First experience required in a similar role, preferably with a software editor

Technical Support Engineer

The Technical Support Engineer is a member of the OpenTrust Customer Support team that handles our customer service requests (end-users), partners. The main responsibilities of the Technical Support Engineer are to ensure that customer satisfaction is high and that service tickets are being resolved in a timely manner. 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer service requests for OpenTrust technical Level-2 and Level-3 product issues
  • Check maintenance validity
  • Provide immediate solutions when available
  • Reproduce issues on local environment
  • Escalate reproduced issues to engineering team for workaround/hotfix
  • Test and provide customer with workaround/hotfix
  • Keep customer informed during the entire process
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Involvement in different shift rotations (morning shift, core shift, late shift)
  • Communicate with OpenTrust internal departments (presales, professional services, sales, product management, engineering etc) so as to address customers' issues efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Motivated, curious and ambitious self-starter who can "hit the ground running"
  • Diplomatic, with ability to demonstrate customer empathy and good problem solving skills
  • Common sense and organizational skills so as to efficiently address challenging issues in a high tech environment
  • Methodological troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • High level of expertise in the latest technologies to support customer projects

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Security/ Cryptography
  • Certificate Authority experience (Microsoft, Verisign, Entrust)
  • Database experience (MS SQL, and /or Oracle)
  • Directory experience (LDAP, ActiveDirectory, eDir, Sun ONE, Critical Path and OpenLDAP)
  • Operating system experience (Windows, Solaris,Linux and Mac OS X)
  • Programming and/or scripting experience preferred
  • Web authoring environment experience (Active X, Apache, Tomcat) preferred.

Technical Consultant

The individual in this position will be responsible for deploying and integrating complex OpenTrust solutions for customers and partners across all market segments. This includes tasks such as technical consulting, integration development, deployment, documentation, solution design, training and knowledge transfer. The Technical Consultant will work closely with the allocated project team as well as other OpenTrust departments and will be the main technical contact for customers and partners.

This position requires extremely strong technical skills and the ability to interact and communicate with people from different places and cultures. As a chargeable consultant for a leading digital security company, you will be expected to provide the best possible technical expertise regarding OpenTrust technology as well as integrated components such as LDAP directories, databases, smart cards, Physical Access Control systems, web applications VPN solutions, Identity solutions and much more. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS:

  • Deliver OpenTrust solution integration, deployment and training
  • Deliver general technical consultancy including configuration assistance, troubleshooting
  • Act as technical contact for customers during project implementation
  • Deliver technical documentation throughout the complete project delivery cycle
  • Deliver custom developed software to allow integration between OpenTrust products and third party systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years higher education with a background in IT or IT Security preferable
  • CISSP certification or similar certification preferable
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written French and English
  • Ability to write technical documentation
  • Experience in Perl, Java and C++ programming
  • Understanding of software development methodologies, prototyping, tools and languages
  • Understanding of large heterogeneous enterprise networks and systems such as VPN systems and firewalls, Linux RedHat and Suse, Microsoft AD and SQL, Web application servers, databases.
  • Understanding of products from the computer security market that employ one or more of the following: Smart cards, badges, PKI, electronic signatures, encryption, authentication, relevant security protocols and standards (SSL, X.509, IPSec, etc.)

This Presales Consultant position is primarily in charge of managing the entire Bid/RFP process in order to deliver the most competitive proposal back to the customer.

Technical Account Consultant

The Technical Account Consultant acts primarily as a Technical Account Manager taking personal responsibility for customer satisfaction, ensuring that OpenTrust Services and Technical Support are delivered in a highly professional way with the aim of establishing long term relationships with OpenTrust customers.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

  • Develop strong customer relationships and proactively participate in permanent contacts with customers in order to anticipate/avoid potential future issues
  • Have a detailed knowledge of the customer's environment (both technical and organizational)
  • Identify potential areas where OpenTrust technology could provide added value to the customers
  • Understand customer needs, identify product enhancement and be the customer advocate at OpenTrust R&D and Product Management teams
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with customers
  • Ensure the highest levels of Service and Technical Support at all times, particular during escalation times
  • Be accountable for customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of higher education with background in engineering
  • Previous Solution/Product Delivery experience with a software company is a must
  • Able to build long lasting relationships with the customers as part of excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and deal with high levels of stress
  • Solid technical background ( Java, SQL and SOA)
  • Fluent English and French (knowledge of other continental languages is a plus)

Senior Project Consultant

This position will support and provide expert advice to customer or partner teams from the initial stages of customer projects through to the deployment of OpenTrust software solutions. You will lead the OpenTrust project team to ensure successful implementation of OpenTrust software.
As the main contact point for the customer or the partner, the Senior Project Consultant will ensure project delivery and strive to exceed customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

  • A minimum of at least 4 years experience in consulting / project management for large corporations and administrations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of security software solutions (PKI, Card Management, digital signature) is a plus
  • Must possess excellent communication and managerial skills and be able to develop and manage solid customer/partner relationships
  • 5 years higher education with a background in engineering
  • Fluent English and French (knowledge of other continental languages is a plus)
  • Travel up to 3 days a week is required.
